We anticipate splitting posters into multiple groups with 2 judges assigned to each group. These groups will run concurrently on Thurs, 11/5 from noon-1pm.

Non-presenting attendees will be provided with an agenda detailing poster groupings w/ links to each group.

Prizes rules for Poster and Junior Talks Competition

1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes will be awarded for the Junior Talks and for Poster Presentations
-
The judges will be selected from the academic and industry professionals invited to the symposium.

The names of the judges will not be announced until the end of the event to prevent preferential treatment.

The rubric to select the winners will be based on research innovation and presentation skills.

The judges decision will be final.
